Midong Play’s trendy sports complex project in Saudi Arabia has been successfully delivered and is now operational. From start to finish, the entire construction adhered to strict standards, with every detail meticulously documented to ensure both safety and quality. At the outset of the project, upon the arrival of the sponge mats, workers immediately began unpacking and fluffing each mat to ensure they hadn’t been compressed or deformed during transit, confirming the materials were in perfect condition. Once verified, the sponge mats were layered according to the blueprints. The workers meticulously laid each layer flat and firm, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent work. This initial phase primarily focused on preparing a clean and stable ground surface to facilitate smooth subsequent installations.
After the foundational work was completed, the installation of core components began. First was the construction of the sponge ball pit. The on-site construction team connected each part of the ball pit in sequence, ensuring the structure was robust before filling it with sponge balls. As the most attractive area of the trendy sports complex, the ball pit required both a secure structure and sufficient cushioning. Therefore, repeated inspections were carried out during installation to ensure absolute safety.
Next came the installation of the flooring. Workers first thoroughly cleaned the ground, then precisely joined each piece of flooring, using rollers to ensure it was firmly adhered and free of bulges. After the flooring was laid, anti-fall nets were installed to provide safety protection for high-altitude areas within the venue. During anti-fall net installation, workers meticulously checked every anchor point, ensuring the nets were taut and secure, with no looseness.
Following this was the soft padding installation for steel structures. All exposed metal edges and corners throughout the venue were covered with high-density soft padding. This step was crucial to ensure that even during intense play, children would not be scratched by hard metal surfaces. Workers carefully cut and wrapped the soft padding according to the on-site conditions, guaranteeing every corner received ample protection.
When the final procedure was completed, the entire venue was finally ready for operation.
